On July 23, the Bundled Phase IV EPCIC Project undertaken by Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. (COOEC) for PTTEP (PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited) officially commenced construction at the Tianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Base. This is the largest offshore oil and gas development EPCIC contract secured by a Chinese enterprise in Southeast Asia, marking a significant step in deepening oil and gas industry cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Bundled Phase IV EPCIC Project is a landmark project demonstrating COOEC's deep engagement in the Asia-Pacific oil and gas market. The project scope includes the construction of new platforms and jackets, transportation and installation of existing platform topsides, installation of risers and PLEMs (Pipeline End Manifolds), subsea pipeline laying, platform modification work, etc. COOEC is responsible for providing integrated "one-stop" services covering project design, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation, and pre-commissioning, while coordinating both internal and external quality resources and enhancing the full-process quality management system.
